Today is Hoagie Day at Allendale School! Each student and adult customized what they wanted on their hoagie by using a Google Form that was sent to them via email. Today's topping choices were: Ham, Turkey, Pepperoni, Bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickle. Pictured is a turkey and bacon hoagie.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders celebrated World Read Aloud Day by joining a livestream presentation featuring 5 authors reading one of their stories. The students and Allendale school were given a shoutout during the presentation and even won a prize by being the first correct answer of one of the trivia questions. The students had a great time!

This year instead of doing a gift exchange, 3rd and 4th grade, would like to donate items to the Wabash County Animal Shelter. We will be collecting items now through Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Below you will find a list of items that the shelter can use. These items are what they are in need of most at this time. We appreciate all of your help. Supplies needed: Pedigree dog food- wet and dry Friskies cat food- wet and dry, Libman mop heads- orange and white replacement mop heads, Dog and cat toys, Dog and cat treats, Laundry detergent, Bleach, & Amazon gift cards.
